João Pereira Lynce, born on October 14, 1966, in Alcácer do Sal, grew up with a strong passion for horses and the countryside. He studied Animal Production at the Escola Superior Agrária de Santarém and later completed an Equestrian Instructor Course at the Centro Militar de Mafra. His career began at Coudelaria Calheiros Ferreira, where he became technical director and later owner. He coordinated Portugal’s first Equine Management course, training dozens of professionals, and worked as technical director of Lusitanus S.A., while also judging and advising in equestrian events. A successful competitor in Working Equitation, he won several national and international titles. Today, he continues teaching, riding, and promoting Traditional Portuguese Riding, and has played a major role in showcasing the Lusitano horse in China through large equestrian shows.
